We meet monthly at 10 am (usually on the 2nd Saturday).
All are welcome — our meetings are for patients, and for spouses, parents, friends, caregivers, and anyone else concerned about this Neuroendocrine Tumors / Carcinoid Cancer.
The meeting dates for the balance of 2016 are
- November 12 – Special Guest Speaker, Dr.Naris Nilubol, M.D., National Cancer Institute, NIH
- December 10th – annual holiday potluck luncheon, open to all. Watch for food sign-up email from CACS.
- January 14 – Regular information sharing session.

I found out I had carcinoid tumors in 2012 of july they removed half of my colon in it was stage 3 in the same year around October it was found many tumors n my liver in now 2017 around February it’s in my left lower lung they say it’s now stage 4 in when it grows they want to start chemotherapy it’s already grow once since it’s been found anyone know if chemotherapy works
